About Allyson
I was born and raised in Lexington, North Carolina, and returned to settle down in Lexington after completing my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Accounting at Appalachian State University.I was inspired to become a mortgage loan officer after seeing my parents help individuals achieve their homeownership dreams. My mother has been in mortgage lending and real estate for 15 years, so I look forward to becoming a part of her team and carrying on her mortgage legacy. My father is in residential construction. He has several builder relationships that I have already fostered and will continue to grow to help my clients who wish to finance a custom home, first-time homebuyers who want to purchase new construction properties, and homeowners finance their renovation projects.
Prior to becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer, I was an Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager. The position taught me that it was vital to my success that I learn each individual's situation and help them qualify for loan approval by suggesting the loan product, rate, and terms that best met their needs. My goal is to be my client's "friend in the mortgage business." I want all of my clients to feel like they can call on me at any time to have their questions answered as they are trusting me with one of the most important financial decisions they will ever encounter. I pledge to keep my clients updated at each stage of the loan process so they will never feel "left in the dark" along their mortgage journey. I will go the extra mile to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed and answered in a timely and accurate manner.
When I’m not advising homebuyers on their best home loan options, I enjoy football season, visiting the beach and the mountains, country music concerts, and spending time with my family and two cocker spaniel’s Ollie and Millie.
