Brooke Dunn Joins Certainty Home Loans As Marketing Director
Dunn will be responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns to drive business growth, support loan officer, borrower and referral relationships, and to increase brand awareness.
Brooke Dunn has joined Certainty Home Loans as the company’s Marketing Director, where she will be responsible for bridging gaps in the customer journey to drive leads through to conversion, and to find creative strategies to communicate and connect with people.
“We are delighted to have Brooke join the Certainty marketing department,” said Julie Gross, Executive Vice President – Chief Training Officer and Culture Keeper of Certainty Home Loans. “Her experience in marketing, customer experience, and brand positioning for companies in the mortgage and real estate industries will enable her to find creative solutions to connect our company and loan officers with their borrowers, realtors, builders, and other referral partners.”

Brooke has held progressive positions in marketing for ten years. Prior to joining Certainty Home Loans, Brooke was the Senior Marketing Manager for Eagle Home Mortgage, and Marketing Manager at loanDepot and On Q Property Management. Brooke graduated from the University at Albany with a B.A in Marketing and Management.
